NOTE: This is for the 2007 event, which is already over...
There was a live band at the last stop (the Chesterfield). In fact there were four or five live bands there -- one band playing inside on the Chesterfield's stage, and three or four playing outside on the street for BolinFest. People on the Healing Run got into the Chesterfield for FREE. So, we'll give you a nice poker run, and the last stop will have a live band and you have the option to pay a little extra to another charity and see even MORE music. (I heard rumors Black Oak Arkansas will be at BolinFest!)
We're also pretty sure we'll have prizes for people on the Run, we're just not sure what they are yet. I am sure, though, that as soon as we're sure what they are, I'll sure get them posted here for you. (Hey, I just found out some of the prizes include gift certificates to Tofher's in Sioux Center. They have good food there!)
The Run will be held August 11th 2007, rain or shine.
ALL vehicles are welcome!
We DO know that the money will go to a person who truly needs it.
We DO know that all the stops on the route are good places.
We DO know that this oughta be more fun than getting poked with a sharp stick (unless, of course, you're into that sort of thing.)
